Keiichiro Shibuya to Appear on DOMMUNE’s “Vocal Cord AI Summit: Day 1” with Naohiro Ukawa and Takashi Ikegami.
Keiichiro Shibuya will appear in TALK 2 of DOMMUNE’s “Vocal Cord AI Summit: Day 1.”
Novelist Masaya Nakahara, who has lost much of his physical function and eyesight due to complications from diabetes, engages in an ongoing dialogue with his digital twin AI, collaboratively “drawing” a novel together. An animation based on the resulting novel is then created by a filmmaker friend, who works alongside his own digital twin AI. The entire creative process is documented and presented as an installation, and ultimately edited into a feature-length theatrical film. This ambitious project is titled AI Masaya Nakahara: “Drawing a Novel with the Vocal Cords!!”
As part of this grand undertaking, the “Vocal Cord AI Summit” (a total of six sessions) finally kicks off.
Under the title “Life and AI — Disability and A-LIFE,” Shibuya will engage in a deep three-way discussion with Naohiro Ukawa, Takashi Ikegami, and others.
