Android Opera “MIRROR – Deconstruction and Rebirth” to premiere this May at Osaka Festival Hall, with Keiichiro Shibuya and Android Maria appearing at the press conference.
Keiichiro Shibuya served as the music and sound producer for POLA SALON+ AOYAMA, where the sound installation work “Abstract Music” has been permanently installed. The spatial design was produced by Kazuyo Sejima.

Shibuya provided music for video version of an essay written by Mr. Hiroshi Sugimoto in Yomiuri Newspaper (April 15) titled “Second Silent Spring”.
The video shows Mr. Sugimoto’s text and images of works from the exhibition “Hiroshi Sugimoto’s Ruri no Jodo” at Kyoto City Kyocera Museum of Art, which will open on May 26.
The music is “Appropriate Proportion,” composed by Shibuya for Sugimoto’s 2012 documentary film “Memories of Origin” (2012) and re-edited for this video version.
