Since its premiere, the Vocaloid Opera THE END by Keiichiro Shibuya + Hatsune Miku has received widespread acclaim worldwide and has become a long-running hit. This August, it has been decided that the opera will be performed in Hamburg, Germany, and Aarhus, Denmark. Following performances in Yamaguchi, Tokyo, Paris, and Amsterdam, these upcoming performances will take place at large-scale festivals and are already generating significant buzz, especially in Europe.
This time, THE END will be performed as a main act at the “Hamburg International Summer Festival,” which features more than 50 innovative works from around the world, including visual art and film.
